Tried out Kagi for 100 searches and am largely impressed.

Felt weird to have to ration my searches this week for the trial, but I still averaged 30 a day until I hit the limit. I felt no hesitation in subscribing for a year afterwards.

The lenses feature is an interesting idea to get a different perspective of the web.

The ability to weight or block domains is extremely useful to tailor my search results.

My only concern was limited number of searches, and the new pricing structure has solved that!

@bbrks I’m a big fan of Kagi. I’ve been using it for an around a year now and never need another provider. No ads, no tracking BS, customizability, etc. are great. It’s worth the money.
